Newsday: Greg Logan updated his blog earlier tonight about the scoring problems on the powerplay and possible changes to the unit, that the club may continue to dress seven defenders, Radek Martinek wanting to play against the Rangers and some possible lineup changes beyond the Altanta game.

“We’re going to change it up a little bit, maybe use Miro a little more on the half-wall,” Nolan said. “He’s very intelligent with the puck, and he loves to attack the net.”

“We’ve got to get pucks to the net, get traffic and create some opportunities,” Nolan said.

NYI Fan Central Comments:
For those curious Jeff Tambellini, Ben Walter, Jeremy Colliton, Blake Comeau and Frans Nielsen are all in the Sound Tigers lineup against Binghampton with Bootland, Jackman and Steve Regier here.

At this point in the first Bridgeport trails 1-0 and is being outshot 12-1.

Pittsburgh Post-Gazette & Several credible media sources: Dave Molinary talks about Forward Mark Recchi who has been a healthy scratch for several games because of lack of production and who's future status with the club seems to be up in the air.
