Like Kyle Okposo's goal.......Wow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

New record set at NYI Fan Central again yesterday with over a hundred and fifty first time visitors. Again this page came close to three hundred page views which is not a record but came close.

For all our new visitors the blog and message boards provide space for your hockey topics or discussions of the blog postings. I'm getting a lot of e-mails so do not be shy about writing here whether it be the message board or the blogs posted.

Of course this blog has and will continue to be very active.

The more folks we can get talking about the Islanders the better. It also helps me in my search for more things I can add to the page that Islander fans are looking for so your input is always welcome.

You will find a blog site here that provides a lot of updates with news feeders and information on the Islanders. Mr Prospects on the message board does a great job updating the prospects game by game, I do a thread for every game.

Pioneer Press: Bruce Brothers who had done several updates on Kyle Okposo this season wrote the Islanders sweetened their offer to Okposo a few days ago which is why he left school but no quotes because Okposo is heading to the World Junior Championships.
