Canadian Press: Has Garth Snow's comments about the general managers meetings which concluded today in Florida where he said:

"There was a lot of talk - if anything comes to fruition, time will tell,"

CBC.ca: Scott Morrison reports Garth Snow said he has been talking contract with centre Mike Comrie and hopes to get him signed. It's also believed the Isles are hoping to get a first-round pick for winger Miro Satan in a deal, but that price seems high to most general managers.

NYI Fan Central Comments:
Whatever the Isles are deciding to do I hope they keep things quiet in advance, less is more. Take the rumors for what they are because anything is possible.

If the Isles are shopping Satan he has to approve any deal because he has a no trade clause. This is not last year and the draft class is far deeper so general managers are not going to be so quick to part with their top pick.
