Kessel, Hamonic, Spurgeon Selected for WJC

Usa Hockey: Released it's roster for the 2009 WJC in Ottawa which included Islander prospect on defense, Blake Kessel (Univ. of New Hampshire/Hockey East)among the twenty two players selected.

Team Canada announced it's December camp roster here which includes Islander prospects Travis Hamonic (Moose Jaw WHL) and Jared Spurgeon (Spokane WHL) among a much larger group where not everyone will qualify for the final roster.

Josh Bailey was not on this list, the camp will run from December 11th-15h at the SBP Arena in Ottawa, ON and the Robert-Guertin Arena in Gatineau, QC here with three games scheduled here.
