NYI Fan Central Comments:

Good job by Bridgeport coming back and forcing overtime, even in the AHL four games in five days is very unusual with a game last Wednesday.

Bridgeport played a penalty free game until 17.4 seconds left in overtime, no team record. Lowell one penalty.

Matthew Spiller plays for Lowell for those who remember him from the Islanders.

Ct Post: Michael Fornabaio in his SoundTigers blog with line combinations/players out also reported a callup in goal with Nate Lawson out for a one-day event which turns out to be what the writer says is a Mission Itech sales rep who is a buddy of Garth Snow and a former University of New Hampshire goalie named Brett Abel.

Last reported game played for the thirty eight year old was in 1994-95.

Scoring:
1. LOW Murphy, (5) (Pelley, Davis), 4:42
