Islanders website: Has the recap of tonight's 4-3 overtime win against the Rangers. Kyle Okposo had his second career NHL goal, Richard Park scored a goal for the Islanders shorthanded five against three.

Okposo, Comeau & Park scored in the shoot out with Park scoring the deciding goal. Wade Dubielewicz made forty eight saves. Isles lost a third period lead and gave up a fluke goal before that.

Islanders are the fifth seed entering Monday night's lottery.

NYI Fan Central Comments:
Unreal but fitting a club that gave up all those shorthanded goals gets a big one down five against three.

These kids simply were the best players on the ice again for this team, Richard Park, Hunter did a very good job and was diving to block shots shorthanded.

Neither team seems to feel comfortable in their own building against the opposition in this series, almost like the home team tries to do too much which leads to mistakes. John/Jack Hillen his first career NHL point and hardly looked like a kid who was in college a week ago, very impressed.

Dubie was fantastic. I have a feeling some organization will give him a chance to be a number one goalie. Islander fan in me wants him to resign, fan in me who's been impressed with him since Denver wants to see this man get a chance as a number one goaltender. I have no problem with him playing here full time if DiPietro cannot go.

Full recap tomorrow of game.
