Not a lot to write about Pens game, this is a win/one/lose one team there, they had the lead and then the Palat, Boqvist, Soucy strategy caught up with them, it snowballed and Pens dominated. Heineman got toasted, fourth line got beat bad, Schaefer made mistakes, and I saw Pens do what they have done to several teams. Honestly, no time to look back. Buffalo's been wobbly lately, and despite 5-0 loss here, New York did manage an overtime loss in December up there. Bottom line they beat top teams which is what Buffalo has been since December. Flyers are the next red-hot wagon on Friday, then Carolina x2, Montreal, Ottawa again. No hiding have to score against fast/skilled teams or no playoffs. It's not the last few years where 91 points=playoffs.
AHL Board of Governors approved Bridgeport's relocaion to Hamilton which was a formality. Not 100 percent but it likely remains a NYI affilate.
