8/25: Devils GM Ray Shero made clear he was not inviting Bernier back.

A PTO is just that, not an NHL contract. Numbers are fine after NHL callup from the Devils who had scoring issues, the past production for years prior cannot be ignored.
No issue here if he eventually signs a two-way contract, and is willing to play in Bridgeport, but he does not get a one-way deal based on current roster/career numbers.
