NYI Fan Central Comments:
The part about the club being " incensed " about the two games suspension to Mike Mottau was edited out of the earlier version of this article. What was not edited in was a single comment from head coach Scott Gordon on a rare night ITV did not have a postgame.

National Post/Ticker: Had Bill Guerin's comments praising Trent Hunter for standing up for Nielsen and suggested the officials on the ice should have access to replays on the ice to determine if someone is hit in the head.

Vancouver Sun: Theresa Tedesco had a very interesting five part article on the Nashville Predators ownership situation/league
individual market finances/Jim Balsillie/Relocation Rules Process/Bettman legacy where claims the concerns of debt among the NHL ownership are increasing. Bill Daly NHL deputy commissioner also had a few comments on different subjects.

NYI Fan Central Comments:
This is the time of year we start seeing articles about how much revenue the six Canadian teams generate.

The writer used Forbes for some worthless filler estimates but the kicker here is Wayne McDonnell Jr, a clinical assistant professor of Sports Management at New York University was brought in for a few comments.

Mr McDonnell worked as a financial analyst and accountant at Madison Square Garden according to the writer.

For those who recall during the lockout the Cablevision owned Rangers claimed the highest losses of any NHL team and we all know the league has this little litigation problem with the Ranger ownership where Mr Bettman threatened one action he could take would be to kick the Dolan's out.

Sorry, but those subjects were not included in this article.

Sound Tigers.com: Recaps Bridgeport's 4-1 loss. Jesse Joensuu had a first period goal.

Ct Post: Michael Fornabaio's game coverage centers around all the penalties Bridgeport took with head coach Jack Capuano's comments along with Blake Comeau and goaltender Yann Danis.

Note-Bridgeport is home against Philadelphia Sunday at 4pm in Mike Sillinger's first game.

Ct Post: Mr Fornabaio blogged on the Sound Tigers loss in Hershey on Saturday which dropped them out of first place.

Lebanon Daily News: Dan Sernoffsky also recaps the 4-1 loss in a game Yann Danis had stopped 28 of the 29 shots he faced through two periods.
