Islanders opted of lease " Earlier this month"

NYIFC Comments:
Nothing to add that was not written in previous entry, beyond Dolan's paid media writer, Baumbach, writing NYI have the right to opt out of Nassau every year for the next three years, which he retracted quickly on Sunday.

We have no idea of any actual binding lease signed between NYI & Barclay's to play some games at Coliseum, and that "if all goes well" does not reflect any physical agreement giving the team any long-term security if Dolan backs out of his Cuomo-Belmont arena.

You don't get a second chance to be a NYC team, with NYC base, and revenue streams vs moving back to a proven failed location with no revenue, and horrible fan support.
